Open to all films 20 minutes and under in length. Filmmakers will have an opportunity to have their film shown on the big screen in the historic Babcock Theatre September 29.
Submission period: May 16 through August 24

- Student - $250 cash prize
- Open - $250 cash prize
- People's Choice (online voting) - $250 cash prize
- Best in show, in honor of Geno Foster - $750 cash prize
Tickets:
$10 for adults. $5 for students. All filmmakers who submit films receive free admission.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The file size limit for video submissions is 200 MB. If you are worried that your file
will be too large, you may submit a trailer or clip from your film, as
long as there is a way to view the full film. This could be a link in
the description to the film on Youtube or Vimeo. You can also drop a DVD of your film off at the Billings Gazette, 401 North Broadway in Billings, or submit by mail to P.O. Box 36300, Billings, MT 59107-6300.
